1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Neuroclade's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Neuroclade provides lead generation services through social network advertising platforms. Our services include:

  • Lead generation through Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
  • Lead verification and qualification
  • Campaign management and optimization
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

  • Facebook Leads: $40 per qualified lead
  • LinkedIn Leads: $50 per qualified lead
  • Multi-Platform Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We define a qualified lead as a prospect who:

  • Meets your specified demographic and firmographic criteria
  • Has expressed genuine interest in your product or service
  • Provides accurate contact information
  • Has not been delivered to you previously

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your target audience
  • Respond to leads in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data. All lead information is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

7. Service Level Agreement

We commit to:

  • Deliver leads within specified timeframes
  • Maintain 95% uptime for our platform
  • Provide customer support during business hours
  • Replace any leads that do not meet quality standards

8. Limitation of Liability

Neuroclade's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, technology, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of Neuroclade. Clients retain ownership of their data and campaign materials.

11. Compliance

All services are provided in compliance with:

  • CAN-SPAM Act
  • TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
  • CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)
  • Platform-specific advertising policies

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Alice, Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
